Stan also informed listeners of new powers being granted to the FBI that allow agents to delve into the private lives of citizens without a court's approval. Stan showed how the government's continuing offensive against the right to personal privacy and to firearms leaves citizens more defenseless and dependent upon the government. Stan also asked the question; by what measure should Saudi Arabia be considered a friend and ally? After which he outlined the total lack of freedoms enjoyed by her citizens. In the second hour Stan interviewed Michael Badnarik. Mr. Badnarik, a constitutional scholar and teacher, discussed the differences between Rights and Privileges.
