November 15, 2003 Stan Hughey guest hosts American Radio. In the first hour he discussed a recent CDC study that found no proof that the nation's gun control laws reduce firearm violence. Stan also informed listeners of new powers being granted to the FBI that allow agents to delve into the private lives of citizens without a court's approval. Stan showed how the government's continuing offensive against the right to personal privacy and to firearms leaves citizens more defenseless and dependent upon the government. Stan also asked the question; by what measure should Saudi Arabia be considered a friend and ally? After which he outlined the total lack of freedoms enjoyed by her citizens.

In the second hour Stan interviewed Michael Badnarik. Mr. Badnarik, a constitutional scholar and teacher, discussed the differences between Rights and Privileges. Mr. Badnarik is also running for President on the Libertarian ticket in the coming election.
